From the kitchen of Marijonas Vilkelis... He recommends this to go with Spring rolls as a dipping sauce. Ingredients:
125 ml soy sauce |
125 ml red wine or 125 ml white wine |
2 ounces sugar or 2 ounces rice syrup |
1 tablespoon sesame oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil |
hot chili pepper, chopped, to taste |
2 -3 stems fresh cilantro, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bottle and shake well. 2. Keeps well if refrigerated. |
