A superquick cheese sauce for using with macaroni cheese, lasagne or over cooked vegetables. Try other cheeses such as red leicester, cheshire or double gloucester. Ingredients:
500 ml pot creme fraiche |
1 cup strong grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat creme fraiche until hot but not boiling. 2. Add cheese and stir until melted. 3. season to taste. |
