Good quick healthy start to the day without cooking. The Whey Protein adds 105 calories, Total Fat 0.3 g Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk |
2 tablespoons whey protein |
1 tablespoon powdered egg |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons cocoa |
8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. 2. To mix in bulk, multiply recipe by desired serving minus liquid. 3. Add 2/3 cup of the mix to 8 oz milk or water. |
