Adapted from Carnation, this packs lots of vitamins and protein and can be used as a meal replacement. Kid-friendly, too! Ingredients:
1 cup strawberry kiwi juice (juicy juice 100% juice) |
1 (36 g) packet strawberry instant breakfast drink |
1/2-1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and or or blueberries) |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. PLACE juice, Instant Breakfast, berries and ice in blender; cover. 2. Blend until smooth. |
