Lavender is well known for its calming properties, however, every facet of this recipe is designed with rest in mind. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sweet almond oil |
4 drops lavender oil |
3 drops marjoram essential oils |
2 drops benzoin essential oils |
1 cup powdered milk |
Directions:
1. Pour oils into a small bowl, mix thoroughly. Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk. 2. Add mixture to bath water. |
