This cake is easy to make ,very moist and the frosting goes inside the cake so no need for frosting the usual way.It calls for a bundt cake pan but I don't have one so I always make it in a 9 x 13 pan and it turns out really well. Read more .You can use German Chocolate cake mix for a very moist chocolate cake..I have had this recipe for so long that I have no idea where I originally got it. Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
4 eggs |
1 c. canola or vegatableoil |
1 c. water |
1 can pecan coconut frosting |
1/2 c. chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Beat cake mix, eggs, water & oil for 2 minutes. 3. Add pecan coconut frosting and chopped pecans and mix well. Bake in bundt pan 4. Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. 5. Remove from pan while still hot. |
