Ingredients:
2 cups mixed salad greens |
1 green onion, chopped |
1 slice bacon |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine salad greens and chopped green onion in a bowl; set aside. Cook bacon in a skillet; drain, reserving drippings in skillet. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Toss with salad greens. |
