Ethiopian bread. Its almost crepe like. Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
2 cups seltzer water or 2 cups club soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Mix until its a liqudy consistency. 3. Heat large skillet over med/high heat. 4. Add small amount of cooking spray. 5. Pour a thin layer of mixture into the pan. 6. Cook until spongy and cooked through. |
