I don't know where this came from, but it makes the cajun fried turkey more special.

Ingredients:

1/2-1 cup real butter, melted

1 cup frank red hot sauce

Directions:

1. Stir together well.
2. Make sure it is emulsified before drawing up into injector.
3. Inject turkey with marinade.
4. Rub turkey with cajun spice rub and deep fry.
5. Best if injected 4 hours before.
