Very tasty very refreshing salad. I have been making this one from several years. It came from my Aunt Barbara's collection that I obtained when I inherited the family collection in 1980. Ingredients:
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint |
3 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1-1/2 pound fresh blackberries |
3 firm ripe peaches halved lengthwise and cut into wedges |
1-1/2 pounds seedless green grapes halved |
Directions:
1. Grind mint and sugar in food processor until finely ground. 2. Sprinkle mint sugar over fruit in large bowl and toss gently to combine. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. |
