This honey is great over granola, hot/cold cereal, or toast. If you don't care for anise flavor, you may substitute a few cloves. Ingredients:
1 cup honey |
4 cinnamon sticks |
4 star anise |
Directions:
1. warm ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes. 2. Turn off heat and let rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. 3. May be kept up to 10 days in refridgerator in airtight container. |
