This dip has a spicy sweet flavor and is good for dipping raw or grilled veggies. Ingredients:
1/2 cup water |
1 cup peanut butter (preferable crunchy) |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste) |
2 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup) |
1 lemon, juiced |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving. |
