this is a very simple indonesian dish, very easy to make and tastes really good Ingredients:
i can of sweet corn |
1 egg |
1/2 cup of sugar |
1 cup of flour |
pinch of salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon of ground coriander seed powder |
Directions:
1. mix all ingridients 2. if it's too runny add alittle more flour 3. fry one tbs to make one corn cake 4. fry until golden brown 5. serve with chilli sauce |
