Local grocery store Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning |
1 cup guacamole |
8 ounces greek yogurt, plain |
1 cup salsa |
1/4 cup cheese, shredded |
2 roma tomatoes |
1/2 bunch green onion |
1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced |
1 (13 ounce) bag tortilla chips |
8 plastic cups |
Directions:
1. Dice Roma tomatoes and slice green onions. 2. Drain black olives. 3. In a small mixing bowl, mix taco seasoning and beans. 4. Layer cups according to list below:. 5. Layer 1: 2 tablespoons refried beans. 6. Layer 2: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and taco seasoning. 7. Layer 3: 2 tablespoons guacamole. 8. Layer 4: 2 tablespoons salsa. 9. Layer 5: sprinkle of cheese. 10. Layer 6: 1 teaspoons tomatoes. 11. Layer 7: 1 teaspoons green onions and 1 teaspoons olives. |
