Individual Raspberry-Almond Buckles

If frozen fruit is used, allow to though and pat dry.
Ingredients:
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c blanched almonds
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c raspberries
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Lightly grease six 6-ounce ramekins and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
3. Process sugar, almonds and salt in a food processor until lightly ground, 10-15 seconds.
4. Add butter, eggs and almond extract and process until smooth, about 5 seconds.
5. Add flour and baking powder and pulse until just incorporated, about 5 pulses.
6. Divide the batter among the ramekins.
7. Sprinkle berries over the batter.
8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
