I got this recipe from my sister-in-law. She served them at a baby shower, and I had a hard time not eating all of them! She used the low-calorie options - can also be made using full-fat varieties. Ingredients:
10 graham crackers, crushed |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons sugar |
8 ounces fat-free whipped topping, at room temperature |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine graham crackers, margarine, and 2 tablespoons sugar. 2. Divide evenly and press into bottom of muffin cups. 3. Smoothly combine whipped topping, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup sugar. 4. Divide evenly and spoon on top of crust. 5. Chill till firm. |
