Ingredients:
6 medium-size red apples |
1 1/2 cups chopped celery |
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Cut a 1 1/2-inch slice from top of each apple; reserve apple tops. Hollow each apple, leaving a 1/2-inch shell; chop pulp and set aside. 2. Combine pulp, celery, grapes, walnuts, and mayonnaise; mix well. Stuff each apple shell with about 1/3 cup apple mixture. Place apple tops over stuffed apples. |
