Ingredients:
3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped |
1 cup(s) plain yogurt |
1 cup(s) loosely packed mint leaves |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
pepper |
1/2 cup(s) half-and-half |
2 ice cubes |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Peel seed and chop cucumbers, then put in food processor and puree. Add yogurt and mint leaves and cream together. Add salt and pepper, half and half, and ice cubes. Mix well. Chill. 2. When ready to serve, pour into small cups and garnish with a dollop of sour cream. |
