Ingredients:
1/2 tsp dry mustard |
1/4 tsp ground tumeric |
1/4 tsp ground cumin |
1/4 tsp ground coriander |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 t veg oil |
4 cups cauliflower florets |
1 sm green/red pepper green/red sweet pepper cut into 1 in. pieces |
4 green onions green onions bias -sliced into 1 in. pieces |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Combine dry mustard, turmeric,cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper. 2. In wok heat oil add cauliflower;cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add peppers and green onions;cook and stir for 1 1/2 min. Reduce heat.add mustard mixture. Stir for 30 secs and carefully stir in broth. Cook for 1 one minute or until vegs are heated thru. Serve immediately. |
