1 garlic clove, minced |

1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon lime juice (optional) |
Directions:
1. cook potatoes in oil 5 minutes 2. add onion and garlic and chilies cook until potatoes tender mix in bowl eggs tomato milk and pepper 3. pour over potato mixture 4. cook until set on bottom 5. add spinach and cheese on 1 side 6. flip over top and cook until cheese melts. 7. can add lime juice when done. |
