Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
3 tablespoon(s) curry powder |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) ground allspice |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a jar or other airtight container, cover and store at room temperature in a a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and light. Assuming that all the spices are fresh, the rub will keep at least 1 month. |
