Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, sliced thin
3 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup seedless raisin
2 cups hot cooked long-grain rice
Directions:
1. Cook onions and almonds in butter until golden. Add raisins and heat through until they puff. Add mixture to rice; mix lightly. Serve with curry.
