This makes the perfect side dish for any curry dish. Ingredients:
1/4 cup onion, sliced thin |
3 tablespoons slivered almonds |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup seedless raisin |
2 cups hot cooked long-grain rice |
Directions:
1. Cook onions and almonds in butter until golden. Add raisins and heat through until they puff. Add mixture to rice; mix lightly. Serve with curry. |
