Indian Potatoes and Cauliflower |

Ingredients:
1 lb potato, chopped in small pieces |
1 cauliflower, chopped into florets |
2 teaspoons oil |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed |
ground black pepper |
4 ounces mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Par boil potatoes for 5 minutes, then add cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes; drain. 2. Heat oil in pan, then add spices. 3. Cook for about 1 minute then add vegetables. 4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
