Indian Potatoes and Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 lb potato, chopped in small pieces
1 cauliflower, chopped into florets
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
ground black pepper
4 ounces mushrooms
Directions:
1. Par boil potatoes for 5 minutes, then add cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes; drain.
2. Heat oil in pan, then add spices.
3. Cook for about 1 minute then add vegetables.
4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
