a wonderful blend of spices to make a healthy dish. Ingredients:
1 onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 cups dry lentils |
2 tomatoes |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon ginger cube |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
5 sprigs cilantro |
3 cups water |
Directions:
1. fry chopped onion and oil till onions are translucent. 2. add ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, turmerics, lentils, water, and tomatoes. 3. cook 3 minutes. 4. put in pressure cooker. 5. after 5 whistles turn off cook. 6. add celantro. 7. cool 5 minutes. 8. serve in fancy bowls. |
