1 cup green pepper (chopped) |
1 cup onion (chopped) |
2 medium tomatoes (peeled and chopped) |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. At least 3 hours before serving, combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill. 3. Serve mixture over cooked vegetables such as fried okra or steamed green beans. 4. Cook time is chill time. |
