Curried rice w/garbanzo beans & mushrooms Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup dry indian basmati rice |
2 cups can garbanzo beans |
32 oz. vegetable broth |
1 tbsp. curry |
1 tsp. white pepper |
1/2 oz. clove |
2 cups mushrooms |
1 medium onion |
1 clove garlic |
2 carrots |
1 celery stalk |
1 cup can water chestnuts |
1 cup golden raisins |
Directions:
1. Cook rice and drain. 2. Add cooked rice and remaining ingredients to vegetable broth and simmer until done. |
