Indian Cubumber Salad

From an old cookbook with the cover gone its so old! Cooking time is chilling time.
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1 white small onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Peel the cucumber and slice as thin as you can, peel and cut the onions as thin as you can. Add both to a serving dish.
2. Sprinkle with salt and add the juice - stir to combine.
3. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
