Dhanya Chatni.Make sure you chop the cilantro stems very finely. Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, stems and all, chopped finely |
1 onion, chopped |
1 -2 hot chili pepper, minced |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional) |
cayenne pepper, pinch |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until almost pureed, but still somewhat chunky. 2. Adjust seasoning and chill before serving. |
