Indian Cabbage Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage |
1 tsp ginger |
1/2 onion |
1 jalapeno pepper |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp turmeric |
3 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Dice onions and start cooking with salt and oil in pan. Let onions fry until translucent. 2. Add diced jalapeno peppers, ginger, cayenne pepper, and turmeric. 3. Cut cabbage in thin strips then add to pan. Let cook for approx 20 minutes. 4. Serve with roti or pita and yogurt. |
