a simple indian recipe that's very light. Best with roti or pita bread and yogart Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage |
1 tsp ginger |
1/2 onion |
1 jalapeno pepper |
1 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp turmeric |
3 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. dice onions and start cooking with salt and oil in pan 2. let onions fry until translucent 3. add diced jalapeno peppers, ginger, cayenne pepper, and turmeric 4. cut cabbage in thin stripsl then add to pan 5. let good for approx 20 minutes 6. serve with roti or pita and yogart |
