This recipe is so easy, especially if you've already chosen to make a dish using canned sweet potatoes. The syrup from the sweet potatoes is perfect for a base of a glaze. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans sweet potatoes |
1 cup brown sugar |
4 tablespoons prepared mustard |
Directions:
1. Drain syrup from sweet potatoes and set potatoes aside for any other purpose. You only need the syrup for this recipe. 2. Combine all ingredients with a wisk and apply to ham or do like I do and use as a dipping sauce. Works great for pork chops, breakfast sausage and Swedish meatballs too! |
