Someone gave me this recipe years ago - so easy to make! The only cooking time involved is melting the chips. Ingredients:
3/4 cup melted butter |
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 cups peanut butter, crunchy style |
2 cups powdered sugar |
12 ounces chocolate chips or 12 ounces butterscotch chips, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and graham cracker crumbs. 2. Beat in peanut butter and powdered sugar. 3. Spread in a 9x13 pan. 4. Frost with melted chips and let stand at room temp. 5. until set. 6. Cut into squares. |
