This is sooo wonderful. Bet you can't eat just one bowl. Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil |
2 onions-chopped |
2 cloves garlic-chopped |
8 cups chicken broth |
3 tsp ground cumin |
2 tsp dried oregano |
2 tsp chili powder |
1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste) |
1 can corn |
2 cans great northern beans |
2 cups chicken-chopped |
toppings |
cheese-grated |
tortilla chips |
salsa |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT toppings. 3. Simmer covered 20 minutes. 4. Serve as follows: 5. Bowl 6. 3 tortilla chips-crushed 7. 1 tbsp shredded cheese 8. Cover with chili 9. Top with salsa and sour cream. 10. ENJOY!!! |
