Layered crab appetizer Ingredients:
6 ounces finely chopped imitation crabmeat |
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
1 green onion, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (8 ounce) bottle seafood cocktail sauce |
fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, Worchestershire sauce, lemon juice. mayonnaise, green onion and garlic powder. Spread is shallow glass serving dish. Second layer: Coctail sauce. Third Layer: Crabmeat. Fourth layer: sprinkle with parsley. Cover and chill in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. |
