A great side to many dishes, especially Mexican. Easy to prepare. Has a nice sweet taste. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups self-rising cornmeal |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup cream-style corn |
1/3 cup cooking oil |
3 eggs, lightly salted |
4 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Combine all of the ingredients and stir until smooth. 3. Place batter in a greased 9x13 baking pan. 4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. |
