This is a good 'take-along' dish, for the reason that it is good hot, warm, room temperature or cold! You can also make a salad, vegetable and/or rice if desired and have a quick, easy dinner. Ingredients:
1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Arrange chicken skin side up in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with garlic salt to taste. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. If chicken appears to be browning too much and getting dry, cover with foil for the last 15 to 20 minutes of baking. |
