~ The BEST Shrimp Fishing is near Canada~ Ingredients:
2 pounds of large raw shrimp |
2 nice round onions. |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup seasoned vinegar |
2 tablespoons pickling spices |
2 teaspoons sea salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 teaspoons worcestershire |
1/2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
1/2 cup fresh leafy parsley |
Directions:
1. Now: 2. Strip these beauties down to the bare essentials. 3. Place in hot water,and cook for about 5 minutes,just until they turn a rosey pink. 4. Cool off in cold water. 5. Peel back the layers on the onion and slice ever so thinly. 6. Layer the shrimp and onion in a nice surround. 7. Add the necessary spices. 8. A pinch of heat. 9. Put under cover for at least 24 hours. 10.
