Directions:
1. Premise: The two chefs will work together to create a meal on the spot. We will devise a bag of mystery ingredients that, along with their basic pantry, they will use to create a whole meal. It is not a competition - it is really a way to show our viewers how chefs create dishes and to offer some pointers on how viewers can do the same. 2. The chefs will create a whole meal a la minute, no swap outs: Mystery bag will include two proteins (quantity will determine which course), ingredients for vegetable sides and desserts, (ie fruit crisps, slushes) |
