Impossibly Easy Chicken 'n Broccoli Pie |

A simple and delicious recipe from Betty Crocker! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained or 2 cups broccoli florets |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 ounces) |
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken |
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup) |
1/2 cup original bisquick baking mix |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. 2. Grease 9-inch pie plate. 3. Sprinkle broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. 4. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. 5. Pour into pie plate. 6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 8. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. 9. Cool 5 minutes. |
