From a local recipe pamphlet. Ingredients:
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked |
1 cup cheese, shredded |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (optional) |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
2 roma tomatoes, chopped |
2 cups milk |
1 cup bisquick |
4 eggs |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Grease a deep pie pan or Pyrex dish. 3. Mix first 5 ingredients in pie pan. 4. Beat remainder of ingredients in blender for 1 minute. 5. Pour into pie pan. 6. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes. 7. Cool for 5 minutes. 8. Serve with tossed salad. |
