Yes, another impossible pie. I got this from a friend of mine. Quick, easy and delicious. Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
2 cups milk |
1 cup bisquick |
4 eggs |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Grease 9 in pie plate. 2. Mix tuna, cheese, and onion into plate. 3. Blend milk, bisquick, eggs, and salt together for 15 seconds in blender. 4. Pour over tuna mixture and bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes. |
