A childhood favorite of mine. My Mom loved it because it cut down on how much time to make it. Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb, chopped |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup bisquick |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Grease 10 pan, put rhubarb in pan. Blend all remaining ingredients for 3 minutes. 3. Pour over rhubarb. Let set for a few minutes. 4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. |
