Impossible because the biscuit mix somehow magically gets its act together and forms a bottom crust. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups solid packed can pumpkin |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup biscuit mix |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
Directions:
1. In blender, combine all the ingredients; blend on low for 2 minutes. 2. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate. Pour in the filling and bake for 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. |
