The first time I saw this I thought, how can this turn out as it claims, but it does!! Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup flour |
2 cups milk |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup coconut |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for a few seconds, until well mixed. 2. Pour mixture into a 10” greased pie plate. 3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until centre tests firm. 4. Then flour will settle to form crust, the coconut forms the topping, the centre is an egg custard filling. |
