I love this dessert. It tastes like a coconut macaroon, and it is simple to make. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and it tastes like a mounds bar. This comes from Bisquick. Ingredients:
1/2 cup original bisquick baking mix |
2 cups milk |
1 cup flaked coconut |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350ºF. 2. Grease 9-inch pie plate. 3. Stir all ingredients until blended. 4. Pour into pie plate. 5. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie. |
