Crust forms on the bottom, custard appears in the middle, and coconut rises to the top...Impossible! Fun to do with the kids. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2/3 cup sugar |
4 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup flour |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Butter a 10-inch pie pan. 3. Place all ingredients except coconut in a blender or food processor. 4. Process until well mixed. 5. Stir coconut into the mixture. 6. Pour into the pie pan. 7. Bake for 60 minutes (If glas pan is used, reduce ove temperature to 325). |
