Impossible Cheesebuger Pie |

My husband and I loved this pie. We got the recipe from a Bisquick Box Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup chopped onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400.
2. Cook beef and onion, drain.
3. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
4. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into plate.
5. Bake 25 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
