This nut-filled no-crust brownie pie is rich, chocolaty, and easy. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, melted |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup biscuit baking mix |
1/2 cup white sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter, and chocolate. Mix on medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, baking mix, and white sugar. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan and sprinkle with nuts. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving. |
