Another Impossible Pie from the makers of Bisquick. This is a fudgy pie best served with vanilla ice cream. Quick and Easy! Ingredients:
4 eggs |
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted |
1/2 cup bisquick |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/4 cup margarine |
3/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350, grease 9 round pie plate or square pan.
2. Beat all ingredients, except nuts, until smooth for two minutes on high.
3. Pour into pan and sprinkle with nuts.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes.
