Delicious crust-less pumpkin pie Ingredients:
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1/2 cup bisquick |
1 cup evaporated milk |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. put in oiled pie pan. Place n oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until fork n middle comes out clean. |
